Allergies If you put a dust mite under a microscope,you can see that it is a 3mm long relative of the spider and a tick that is half of the Catch 22 situation for allergy and asthma sufferers.A dust mite lives in carpets,furniture and upholstery, feasting on dust,billions of tiny pieces of residue from disintegrating life on this planet,the remains of carpets,toys,food ,mold etc. Without these mites,you would inhaling more of these allergens. But in life,what goes in must come out. You inhale the dust mites' feces and body parts along with everything they eat. Having a childhood exposure to high levels of dust-mite allergens can lead to the development to asthma in later life. Then , there is mold,the fungus among us.Its spore are floating around looking for places to colonize. They land in our eyes and noses and we sniff and cough to get rid of them.An allergy is actually the body's own defense system in fighting off a foreign invader. How to do you get rid of these enemy of yours? Well,you can try: 1.a dose inhaler for asthma medication 2.put on a mouth and nose mask 3.wipe out the mold spewed forth by your window air conditioner.
